Brief – we’ll ask questions and challenge your brief to make sure we understand exactly what, and who, you are looking for. We can also work with you to develop and write the brief if needed.

Search – we’ll use our database as well as our extensive network to draw up a shortlist of high quality candidates. What’s more, we always meet them face to face before putting them forward to our clients.

Assessment – working together, we’ll take candidates through interview and final selection stages, which we will follow up with psychometric testing where needed, formal references and background checks.

Approval and follow-up – following your final approval, we’ll help you with the offer and negotiation with the candidate and then stay in regular contact to help with any questions you might have.
