10. 3Vision complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 as set out in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
11. These terms and conditions (and your use of 3Visionpeople.com) are governed by English law and, by your use of 3Visionpeople.com, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with 3Visionpeople.com or you use of it.
