Acquisitions Administrators - International TV

Are you a pro-active, self motivated, dynamic and efficient person with strong administrative skills looking to work in International TV? Then look no further, this could be the role for you! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international broadcast group. You will liaise closely with a number of senior managers across the business and provide direct support to the New Media Acquisitions Manager on a daily basis and administrate new and ongoing deals for channels that are being added to the portfolio. You will be adding finalised deals to the database and coordinate all relevant paperwork associated to these deals as will as staying on top of contract terms, title selection and product delivery, payment terms and invoicing. The constant need for content extension means you will be in close contact with the major studios and independent distributors. You must be highly organised, have an eye for detail, an excellent knowledge of Excel and be able to prioritise and work towards tight deadlines. Previous experience of a broadcast environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
